WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE DOES EACH STYLIST PROVIDE?

-Each stylist offers a different set of services so please contact your stylist of choice for a detailed service menu.

-Each stylist has different pricing so inquire with them for that information. Any questions should be discussed with the stylist performing the service.

SALON POLICIES

Policies will differ upon stylist.

DO YOU HAVE A RESCHEDULING POLICY?

-We understand things come up, and you may have to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask for you to notify your stylist ASAP so they can take care of you properly.

LATE/TARDY POLICY

-We strive for our best to accommodate you if you're running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens. The Sanctuary Salon allows a 15 minute grace period. After that time, we will call or text to check in on you. If you are able to make it on time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, always contact your stylist if you think you might be late.

ADJUSTMENT SERVICES

-We want you to be 100% satisfied with your service, although we do not offer refunds on services performed we kindly ask you to contact your stylist directly within 7 days of your service for them to schedule you in for any adjustments.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

-If for any reason, you are not happy with a product. We will happily accept returns up to 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned within that time and full.

COVID POLICIES

ARE YOU ACCEPTING WALK-INS?

-Not at this time. We are operating at 50% capacity until further notice and working by appointment only.

HOW ARE YOU KEEPING THE SANCTUARY SALON A SAFE PLACE FOR YOUR STYLISTS AND GUESTS?

-The salon sanitation standards set forth by our local health officials are something that we have always abided by. However, with the increasing concerns of Covid-19, we are taking extra measures to clean and sanitize our salon throughout the day in order to put all of our minds at ease! All stylists are Licensed by the State of Michigan. All PMU artists are blood born pathogen certified through Wayne County & The State of Michigan. Our Tattoo facility is Medical Waste Registered through EGLE. We are Barbacide Certified and have reviewed all necessary requirements to ensure your safety.

ARE MASKS REQUIRED?

-Masks are not required but are encouraged. If your are sick at all please call your stylist to reschedule!

-Masks are required for Microblading services. 

IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE DUE TO COVID, HOW LONG UNTIL MY STYLIST CAN SEE ME?

-If you need to reschedule due to covid your stylist will be happy to rebook your appointment two weeks from when you tested positive.
